Francisco Sis Cucul started this company on a straightforward idea: most people don't leave a cleaning company because of the cleaning. They leave because someone didn't show up, the price changed on the day, or nobody answered the phone when it mattered.
So we built the business around fixing those three things first. You get a flat price in writing before we start, and it doesn't move. Booked slots are kept. And the phone is answered around the clock — genuinely, not as a marketing line.
The cleaning itself runs from a fixed room-by-room checklist rather than whatever each cleaner thinks is important that day. It's why the fifth visit looks like the first, and why customers on recurring plans stay with us for years rather than months.
Today we clean homes, apartments, offices and commercial properties across 15 areas spanning Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware, in English and Spanish. Most of our new work still comes from referrals.
